About APARSOAPARSO is a Canadian outdoor apparel and footwear brand dedicated to creating functional, comfortable, and versatile products for outdoor adventures and everyday life. We are excited to participate in the Banff Mountain Film & Book Festival Market and are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing individual to join our team for this two-day event.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors and introduce the APARSO brand and products.
• Explain product features, benefits, sizing, and recommended uses, including outdoor jackets, technical apparel, and footwear.
• Assist customers with product selection and on-site purchases.
• Support payment processing and sales transactions.
• Help with booth setup, merchandise display, restocking, and maintaining an organized presentation.
• Engage with outdoor enthusiasts and help create a positive brand experience.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the APARSO team. Qualifications
• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service,



or event promotions is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, proactive, and comfortable approaching event visitors.
• Interest in outdoor activities such as hiking, trail running, skiing, or snowboarding.
• Knowledge of outdoor apparel and footwear is an asset.
• Ability to work both November 7 and 8, 2026.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable standing for extended periods.
