Post-secondary aviation management education or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum three years of flight management, dispatch, or coordination experienceKnowledge of flight coordination processes, aviation regulations, and airport requirementsOperational leadership, coaching, decision-making, and organizational skillsFlight Operating Systems and Microsoft Office experience;
