Support secure tailings and water storage management at Red Chris Mine onsite through facility monitoring, technical analysis, and dam safety.As Specialist, Tailings, you will serve as Deputy RTFE, reporting to the Superintendent, Tailings. You will interpret performance data, support improvement projects, and collaborate with site teams, technical advisors, and review organizations. The role includes mentoring two Tailings Engineers-in-Training.Key Responsibilities:

Engineering degree in a related disciplineThree-plus years of direct tailings experienceSix-plus years of progressive mining experienceBritish Columbia P.Eng. designation or eligibilityKnowledge of tailings, water management, and dam safetyApply technical analysis, facility monitoring, and mentoring skills as Deputy RTFE supporting safe tailings management at Red Chris.
