The work spans product lines, operating sites, and technical disciplines. It connects operational needs, technology solutions, and measurable performance improvements.Key Responsibilities:
Lead industrial systems project planning, execution, and performance trackingDevelop scopes, schedules, risk registers, and implementation processesCoordinate Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Procurement, and FinanceEvaluate workflows, requirements, modernization,



and automation opportunitiesEstablish dashboards measuring adoption, reliability, costs, and investment outcomesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or technical diplomaApproximately 5+ years of relevant experienceStrong analytical capabilities with Excel proficiencyExperience with business intelligence or reporting toolsExperience with software implementation, testing, and change managementApply industrial systems, project delivery, analytics, and stakeholder engagement skills to improve Amrize operational performance.
