We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering QE Lead with strong expertise in API testing test automation and AIenabled quality engineering practices The ideal candidate will lead endtoend quality initiatives design and implement scalable automation frameworks from scratch and drive adoption of modern testing approaches leveraging AI and intelligent automation This role requires a handson technical leader who can define quality strategy mentor teams and ensure highquality delivery across enterprise applicationsKey Responsibilities
Lead Quality Engineering activities across multiple programs and agile teams ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycleDefine and execute QE strategy automation roadmap testing standards and quality governance practicesDesign develop and implement scalable API automation frameworks from scratch using contemporary automation technologies and industry best practicesCreate and maintain reusable automation components utilities libraries and reporting frameworks to improve test efficiency and maintainabilityDesign comprehensive API test scenarios and automated test cases covering Functional Integration Regression Negative E2E testing and security validationsReview business requirements technical specifications API contracts and architecture designs to ensure adequate test coverage and quality controlsDrive automationfirst and shiftleft testing practices across project teamsIntegrate automated test suites into CICD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster release cyclesCollaborate with Product Owners Business Analysts Developers Architects and DevOps teams to identify quality risks and mitigation strategiesDefine and track quality metrics automation coverage defect leakage release readiness and overall quality KPIsLead root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventative quality improvementsRequired Technical Skills
