You will partner with UI Platform, Product, Engineering, and Design Systems teams to align user and developer experiences. The work spans every Okta Workforce Identity product.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and document scalable, accessible, localized design patternsPartner with leads to co-own the platform roadmapBalance features, technical debt, quality, and adoptionImprove processes through documentation, feedback, and mentorshipUse data and AI insights for platform design decisionsRequirements:
10+ years of experience as a Product DesignerProficiency in Figma, Miro, Balsamiq, or similar toolsKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptPortfolio spanning conceptual, interaction, information architecture, and visual designExperience leading complex projects across large, horizontal scopesBring product design craft, AI fluency, systems thinking, and accessibility expertise to Okta’s global UI Platform.
