Translate Board strategy into operational plans, reporting and measurable resultsLead budgeting, financial reporting, controls, revenues and expensesCoach staff and oversee performance, compensation and human resourcesOversee regulatory administration,

Five years of progressive leadership with stakeholder accountabilityPost-secondary education in Business Administration, Economics or related studiesExperience working with an elected Board in regulated environmentsStrong budgeting, financial management and business planning skillsApproachable, trustworthy communication and team development abilitiesBring sound governance judgment, financial leadership and dairy industry knowledge to support Nova Scotia’s producers and DFNS priorities.
