The role delivers accurate, damage-free parts within service commitments while supporting dealer responsiveness and equipment uptime. Success requires safety leadership, operational execution, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead receiving, replenishment, picking, packaging, and shipping operationsMaintain safe, secure, compliant workplace conditionsImprove flow through Lean, 5S, and root-cause analysisPlan seasonal staffing, shifts, equipment, and facility capacityDirect supervisors, training,



performance, and workforce developmentRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or operationsSeven to ten years of progressive distribution or parts experienceThree years leading supervisors or managers in high-volume environmentsExperience with WMS, scanning, inventory technology, and ERP systemsStrong analytical, financial, communication, and change-management skillsApply parts distribution leadership, Lean methods, inventory expertise, and safety focus to improve service, quality, productivity, and cost.
