Three or more years of relevant design experienceStrong portfolio showing successful user-centered product outcomesWireframing, user-flow, prototype, and specification experienceStrong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration abilitiesFamiliarity with Agile environments and component librariesUse Figma prototyping, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration to improve CarltonOne’s customer-facing product experiences.
