Job Overview

The Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman carries out wide-ranging construction, repair, installation, and finishing work across projects. This hands-on role involves interpreting plans, selecting suitable tools and materials, and completing work carefully, safely, and to project specifications. You will coordinate with colleagues to keep tasks progressing and help deliver dependable, well-finished spaces for customers.

Duties

- Read blueprints and schematics, assess work areas, and estimate materials and task requirements.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as appropriate to complete construction, restoration, and repair work.
- Perform carpentry, concrete forming and finishing, drywall, caulking, masonry, welding, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Install cabinets, flooring, and tile,



and complete construction painting while coordinating work with the project team.

Qualifications

Required: Practical ability to use tools, interpret plans, and complete varied construction tasks with care and attention to detail. Preferred: Construction experience and skills in carpentry, concrete, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, welding, restoration, cabinet installation, painting, flooring, tile laying, and estimating. Your impact: Quality work helps colleagues maintain project progress and gives customers functional, finished spaces.

Pay: $23.11-$30.00 per hour
