Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly skilled Russian Manicure Nail Technician to join our salon team. In this role, you will deliver high-end, long-lasting dry manicures using precision e-file techniques, specialty bits, and cuticle scissors or nippers.

Key Responsibilities

- Precision E-File Manicures: Perform dry manicures using specialized e-file bits (flame, sphere, cylinder) to clean the nail bed, lift the eponychium, and gently remove dead skin cells.
- Cuticle & Pocket Prep: Trim excess cuticle tissue using skilled curved scissors or nippers to create a seamless, smooth nail boundary without causing irritation or micro-tears.
- Nail Apex & Architecture Alignment: Structure, align, and strengthen natural nails using rubber base coat or gel alignment techniques for an immaculate light reflection line.
- Sanitation & Sterilization: Adhere to strict hospital-grade sterilization protocols, using ultrasonic cleaners, disinfectant solutions, and dry-heat sterilizers/autoclaves for all metal tools.
- Workplace Cleanliness: Maintain an immaculate,



dust-free workstation using high-power nail dust collectors and clean equipment between client appointments.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Specialized Certification: Certified training or proven hands-on experience in Russian/Dry/E-File Manicure techniques.
- Experience: Minimum 6 month performing dry e-file manicures preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Proficient in operating micro-motor e-files at variable RPMs and choosing appropriate diamond bit grits (red, blue) tailored to skin types.
- Eye for Detail: High accuracy, steady hand control, and patience for precision work lasting 1.5 to 2 hours per client.
- Portfolio: Photos or video evidence showcasing clean cuticle pockets, perfect light reflection lines, and flush polish application.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with soft gel extensions, hard gel overlays.
- Nail art capabilities (French tips, fine lines, chrome, ombre).

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
