Tired of chasing leads who never asked to hear from you? Let's fix that, St. Thomas. • The job: Every appointment is pre-booked with a homeowner who asked for a visit, so nobody expects you to cold-call or knock on a door. You drive to the home in St. Thomas or elsewhere in the St. Thomas area, present the options, and close. The range covers HVAC (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning), windows, roofing, solar and wider home improvement. Deals run from smaller upgrades under $12,000 to whole-home projects well over $45,000. Training is provided, though we assume a closer already knows which end of the pen to hand over. • The pay: A base plus commission-based earnings, with first-year earnings typically $85K–$170K. Commission is up to 15% of the deal value at our price, so a $20,000 job pays up to $3,000. Sell above our price and you also earn 30% of the extra amount. As an example,

a $10,000 job sold for $20,000 pays $1,500 plus $3,000, which is $4,500, or 22.5% of the deal. More than one close in a day is possible, and several in a week is realistic with a full calendar. Top performers here have earned well over $200K in a year. • The fine print: You need a valid Ontario G licence and a reliable vehicle, because your office is somebody's living room. AI helps screen applications, but a real person reviews every decision. If you need accommodation at any stage of hiring, just ask and we will arrange it. We are looking for proven closers who can handle a homeowner with a spreadsheet, a second opinion and a very firm cup of coffee. Message us two lines about your sales background and we will take it from there. Ontario Home Energy
