Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Roofing Team Leader to guide our roofing crews through high-quality installation and repair projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure safety standards are met, and deliver outstanding results on every project. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise roofing crews to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to company standards
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress on job sites
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Oversee the proper use of hand tools, construction materials, and equipment during installations
- Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed to maintain workflow




- Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to ensure craftsmanship meets company standards

Requirements

- Prior experience in the industry working with sloped roofing in Winnipeg and surrounding areas
- A Class 5 License (an asset)
- Be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
