Join the Snow Removal Sidewalk Crew to help keep sidewalks clear, accessible, and safe during winter conditions. This hands-on role involves outdoor work, coordinated crew efforts, and attention to changing site conditions. Crew leads help organize daily tasks and support consistent, careful work across assigned areas.

Duties

- Clear snow and ice from sidewalks and pedestrian routes using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Coordinate work areas, communicate changing conditions, and help the crew complete tasks safely and efficiently.
- Guide crew members, monitor completed areas, and report hazards or maintenance needs.
- Support seasonal landscape maintenance tasks as assigned, including basic site care.

Skills

Required: Practical ability to perform outdoor, hands-on work, follow directions,



communicate clearly, and coordinate tasks with a crew. Leadership and sound judgment help maintain safe, organized work and reliable coverage across pedestrian areas. Preferred: Snow removal from sidewalks/walkways, supervising experience, and construction experience are practical strengths. Your impact: Clear, well-maintained sidewalks help pedestrians move safely and give colleagues confidence that assigned areas are covered.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 60.0 per week
