Job Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, API-driven solutions leveraging modern technology stacks and Generative AI capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern technology stacks.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, or others depending on the specialization.
• Develop and integrate APIs for Gen AI orchestration and data analytics workflows.
• Integrate popular Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, PaLM 2, Dolly, Claude 2, Cohere, etc., via API endpoints.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques and implement LLM agents (e.g., LangChain).
• Work with vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS for advanced AI solutions.




• Conduct rapid experiments to evaluate new LLM versions and features.
• Collaborate with Gen AI leads and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform basic data engineering tasks to load structured and unstructured data from source systems to target data stores.
• Debug and troubleshoot software or design issues effectively. Required Qualifications
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data analytics roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory), PySpark or Java
• Proven experience in building API-based scalable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
