Ideal Glass Hardware Inc. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Markham. This is a hands-on role combining sales, customer service, order processing, and warehouse order fulfillment. You will work directly with contractors, installers, fabricators, builders, and other customers from initial inquiry through completion of their orders. Responsibilities
• Assist walk-in, phone, and email customers with product inquiries, pricing, and availability
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and identify sales opportunities
• Recommend products, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales documentation
• Personally prepare and fulfill customer orders, including picking products from the warehouse, verifying SKUs and quantities, packing, and preparing orders for pickup or shipment
• Prepare purchase orders and submit them to management for approval
• Follow up on orders, payments, pickups, and shipments




• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and inventory Qualifications
• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Robust communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple orders and customers
• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work full-time on-site in Markham Preferred:
• Shopify and QuickBooks experience
• B2B sales experience
• Experience in glass hardware, construction, building materials, or hardware
