Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of system migration and business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage multiple project workstreams and coordinate activities across business, technology, data, and operations teams.
• Drive system migration initiatives including application transition, data migration, data mapping, validation, and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, business leaders, and vendors to gather requirements, define project plans, and ensure successful delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress against key milestones, provide status reporting, and communicate project health to senior leadership and program management teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, decision-making forums, and stakeholder reviews to ensure timely resolution of project roadblocks.
• Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data quality, reconciliation, completeness, and compliance with business requirements.




• Support organizational transformation initiatives by driving process improvements, change management activities, and user adoption strategies.
• Work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver complex enterprise transformation projects, preferably within Asset Servicing, Capital Markets, or Derivatives domains. About Iris Software Inc. With 4,000+ associates and offices in India, U.
