Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, with experience in the restaurant. You will be responsible for various tasks, including clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests and provide warm, consistent service
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized section, including VLT seating areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Monitor guest needs, including responsible alcohol service
- Process payments VLT and manage guest checks
- Stay attentive to both dining and VLT guests, ensuring comfort and safety
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and service guidelines

Requirements





- Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are vital for success in this role.
