As a Management Consultant, you will help organizations understand challenges, evaluate opportunities, and improve how work gets done. You will combine business analysis, research, and structured problem-solving to develop practical recommendations, support change, and guide projects from discovery through implementation. Duties

- Conduct research and business analysis to assess organizational needs, processes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop recommendations and support clients in planning and implementing change management initiatives.
- Coordinate project activities,



track progress, and communicate findings and next steps to stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development by identifying client needs and supporting proposals and engagement planning.

Experience

Required: Robust analysis skills, research capability, and clear communication are essential for evaluating business challenges, presenting findings, and supporting project management and process improvement. Preferred: Management consulting experience and strengths in business development, change management, or related client-facing work can help you contribute to engagements and build trusted working relationships.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
