We're hiring experienced articulated loader operator and skid steer operator for winter snow removal . You will operate various pieces of heavy and light equipment while performing the role of a Winter Operator Technician.
What You'll Do (Winter Season)
- Operate a loader or skid steer and other equipment that may be assigned
- Perform routine site inspections, document hazards/conditions, and confirm service completion
- Complete snow and ice logs and weekly site maintenance reports
- Support the team with fueling, storm prep, readiness checks, and emergency call-outs as operationally needed
Requirements
- Valid Class G required, with suitable drivers abstract
- Minimum 2 years experience on articulated wheel loader preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience with a skid steer with attached snow pusher preferred
- Ability work outdoors in all conditions
- Robust organization, reliability, and communication
- Ability to work independently
- Own transportation to work site location
- Available 24/7 on call , dependent on winter snow events and operations
- Professional, safety focused, team-oriented work environment

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
