The Baseball / Softball Coach plans and leads engaging practices and supports players as they develop fundamental skills, teamwork, and confidence. The coach creates a positive, organized environment, communicates expectations clearly, and helps participants enjoy learning and playing the game.

Duties

- Plan and lead baseball and softball practices, using teaching techniques suited to players’ needs and skill levels.
- Demonstrate and coach fundamental skills, reinforce secure participation, and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize drills and activities, encourage teamwork and sportsmanship, and support players during games.
- Monitor participation and progress, communicate relevant updates, and coordinate with colleagues to keep activities running smoothly.

Qualifications

Required: Clear communication,



patience, and practical teaching skills to explain techniques, guide practice, and give supportive feedback. Preferred: Experience coaching or teaching baseball or softball, along with strengths in organizing group activities and encouraging players with varied abilities. Your impact: Players build skills and confidence while colleagues can rely on well-organized, supportive sessions.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
