We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Device Repair Technician to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing a wide range of consumer electronics. This role involves repairing various devices, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Hardware Repairs:
- Screen replacements (OLED, LCD, touchscreens)
- Battery replacements
- Charging port and button repairs
- Water/liquid damage diagnostics and remediation
- Motherboard-level diagnostics and repair
- Software Services:
- Operating system reinstallation and upgrades
- Virus/malware removal
- Software troubleshooting and optimization
- App and driver installation/support
- Data Services:
- Data backup and transfer
- Data recovery from damaged or non-booting devices
- Secure data wiping and device sanitization
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Proven experience repairing a wide range of electronic devices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with small components and use specialized tools
- Knowledge of both hardware and software repair best practices
