Business Consultant Level 3 Client: Federal Government Role: Business Consultant Level 3 Duration: Multi-year contract (initial term with extension options)

Ottawa, ON Work Model: Primarily onsite with some remote flexibility Language: English Security Clearance: Secret Clearance required (or ability to obtain) Overview Our Federal Government client is seeking a senior Business Consultant to support a large-scale IM/IT modernization and digital transformation initiative. The successful candidate will provide strategic business consulting, business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, governance support, and requirements management services in a complex enterprise setting. Mandatory Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Consultant and/or Business Analyst.
• Minimum 10 years of experience developing and documenting business strategies, business requirements, and business processes for enterprise IM/IT or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting at least two (2) enterprise IM/IT modernization or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with current-state and future-state business process analysis, requirements management, and impact assessment.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, governance processes, workshops, briefings,



and change enablement activities.
• Experience delivering Business Consulting or Business Analysis services on at least one Public Sector project. Rated Qualifications
• Development of enterprise business strategies, operating models, and service delivery models.
• Experience integrating business requirements with technical delivery teams.
• Transition-to-operations, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer experience.
• Executive advisory support, governance board participation, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments with distributed operations and multiple business lines.
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, Prosci, or equivalent.
