• $70–$90 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule Work on the cutting edge of legal AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the contract expertise you already have. The AI systems being built for legal contract review are trained and tested by real legal professionals. The teams behind them need transactional lawyers who can create realistic commercial agreement and negotiation scenarios, judge how well AI handles contract language and legal risk, write the answer a professional would give, and explain clearly where the system falls short. Your legal judgment helps shape the next generation of AI models and makes their contract analysis more accurate. This is that work, done remotely around your current legal practice.
What you'll do
• Conduct mock negotiations and redline commercial deal documents
• Assess how AI handles contract scenarios, noting what it gets right, where it fails, and any legal risks or inaccuracies
• Use the project’s scoring framework to assess contract-review work consistently
• Give the model clear, practical feedback on the legal reasoning behind its contract analysis and how to improve it Why this is worth your time
