Job Overview
Marvel Doors and Windows is a Langley-based manufacturer of vinyl and aluminum windows and doors. We're looking for a Sales Executive to grow our business with developers, builders, general contractors and homeowners across the Lower Mainland and BC. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from finding current projects to closing contracts, and work directly with ownership and our production team. If you know construction, enjoy building relationships and want commission that rewards results, this role is for you.

The Opportunity
As we grow, we're hiring a Sales Executive to lead new business development and look after key client relationships. You'll report directly to ownership and play a central part in expanding Marvel's presence in the Lower Mainland and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and win new business with builders, developers, contractors and design professionals
- Review architectural drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quotes and proposals
- Present Marvel's product line to clients, including in-person demonstrations from our mobile showroom
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms that serve both the client and the company




- Act as the client's main point of contact from contract through production and delivery
- Keep an organized pipeline and report regularly on sales activity and forecasts
- Help plan sales and marketing initiatives that raise Marvel's profile in the market

Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials or fenestration. (Training provided to a motivated individual)
- Able to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills
- Self-directed, accountable and focused on results
- Valid BC driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Pay: $80,000.00-$144,000.00 per year
