Find and Seek is a puzzle adventure escape room located in Vancouver's International Village Mall. Our mission is to provide customers with an exciting, unique and fully immersive experience, while encouraging collaboration.

We are hiring one or two part-time associates to join our team. Availability on Thursdays is required for all positions:

- Two associates, each working two weekdays, including Thursdays (the other day can be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday), or
- One associate working three or four weekdays (Monday to Thursday)

Schedule

Availability on Thursdays is required. Wednesdays are also a high priority, followed by Mondays and Tuesdays. Weekday shifts currently begin at 1:45 PM; start times may be adjusted as our hours of operation change. Availability on Fridays or weekends is an asset, though these days will be scheduled less often. Hours are currently limited, but we are growing: we recently opened a current adventure and have more in the works, so we expect additional hours to become available in the new year.

Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and addressing queries by phone and in-person




- Payment processing and operation of the reservation system
- Presenting an introduction/storyline to customers prior to game-play
- Occasional cleaning to maintain cleanliness of premises
- Future responsibilities may include oversight of customers' gaming experience (additional training will be provided).

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Positive attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Payment processing experience is preferable
- Experience with electronics and basic furniture repair, or similar, is an asset.
