Thornhill Compensation: CA$19.77 / hour Description Reena is actively looking for Contract, Part-Time Recreational Support Workers (RSWs) to work within its Community Outreach programs. As an RSW, you would provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a great chance for University/College students looking for Part-Time employment. There is potential for extensions and growth within the agency. Role Type: Temporary Contract – Part-Time Term: January 10, 2027, to March 7, 2027 Schedule:
• Shifts: Monday 5pm-9 PM Tuesday 5pm-9pm Wednesday 5pm-9pm Thursday 5pm-9pm Sunday 11am-5pm (Hours may vary depending on evening program needs.) If you are passionate about making a difference and available for the above shifts, we encourage you to apply. Job Responsibilities
· Design and implement recreational activities for individuals with developmental disabilities
· Reinforce social and life skills
· Participate in mandatory meetings and training Qualifications Requirements
• Minimum age requirement:



18 years and older.
• Possession of a valid G license preferred, but not mandatory.
• Comfortable with driving Reena's van for transportation purposes (if applicable) Qualification
• Background related to child care, education, social work, psychology, social services, child and youth worker
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Flexible and adaptive to change
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
