Join the lease-up of The Oliver, our brand-new community in St. Catharines, Ontario. Reporting to the Property Manager, the Leasing Specialist will guide prospects from their first inquiry through to move-in, conduct engaging property tours, and turn interest into signed leases. You’ll help achieve occupancy goals while welcoming our first residents and creating a place they are proud to call home.

What You’ll Do

- Respond promptly to rental inquiries across multiple channels, build relationships with prospects, and follow up consistently to support lease conversions.

- Deliver engaging property tours that highlight suites, amenities, and the surrounding neighbourhood.

- Guide prospects through applications, screening, and approvals within company guidelines; prepare lease agreements and coordinate move-ins with complete documentation.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, leasing files, and prospect communications, and track leasing activity and performance metrics.

- Work toward community leasing and occupancy targets, with a focus on inquiry-to-lease conversion, tour-to-application results, customer experience, and data accuracy.

- Respond professionally to resident questions and concerns, working closely with site and management teams to support satisfaction and community engagement.

- Keep show suites and leasing areas presentation-ready, and assist with community cleanliness and curb appeal.





- Support marketing initiatives, signage, promotional materials, and distribution of community communications.

- Monitor local market conditions, conduct competitor surveys, and share insights on marketing effectiveness.

- Support administrative tasks, follow company policies, maintain safe leasing environments, and report hazards or safety concerns.

What You Bring

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with clear communication and a professional approach to presentations.

- A demonstrated ability to close leases or sales and work toward targets.

- Solid organization, attention to detail, and administrative skills.

- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with site and management teams.

- A positive, coachable approach and accountability for results.

Preferred:

- 2+ years of leasing, property management, real estate, or sales experience.

- Experience with property management systems such as Yardi.

- Knowledge of residential tenancy practices and leasing processes.

Work Conditions

- Access and inspect apartment units and construction areas, including walking between buildings, climbing stairs, and navigating active construction environments.

- Maintain a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.





- Be available for emergency response as required.

- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds when necessary.

- Work in residential environments where exposure to cleaning agents and building materials may occur.
