Lead Technician, Plumbing, Water & Drain Systems: Residential Service and Replacement

A1 Plumbing is looking for 1 or 2 experienced Lead Technicians to join our team.

We work primarily in existing homes, directly with homeowners, solving problems and completing service, repair and replacement work across:

- plumbing
- water systems
- drain systems
- pumps and wells
- water treatment
- septic
- water and sewer

We’re looking for someone who can confidently assess a job, make a plan, complete quality work and take ownership from start to finish.

What we're looking for:

- several years of proven lead-level field experience
- licensed plumber preferred
- experience with pumps and wells, water treatment, septic systems, or water and sewer is an asset
- robust diagnostics and problem solving skills
- comfortable working directly with homeowners
- high quality workmanship with very few preventable callbacks
- organized, dependable, and accountable
- willing to follow established systems and processes
- able to help coach and support developing technicians

Service or install - where do you fit best?

Our service technicians typically run 3 to 4 calls per day,



working directly with homeowners to diagnose problems, explain what they find, and present repair or replacement options.

Our install technicians spend more time on the tools completing the larger solutions we provide, usually on single day or multi day projects with less customer interaction.

We're interested in experienced people who are strongest in service, install, or both.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
