Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager – Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons is looking for motivated Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. If you’re a positive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support your team during shifts
- Set the standard for outstanding guest service
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Identify opportunities to improve restaurant KPIs

What You Bring

- 2+ years of management experience in a quick-service environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to organize and motivate a team in a busy setting
- Full-time availability (40 hrs/week), including weekends
- Availability for Days, Afternoons, and occasional Midnight shifts

Pay: $20.45-$26.45 per hour
