- Title: Security Guard Mobile Driver

- Employment Type: Temporary

- Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Site Overview

This mobile role services various client sites across Kamloops, British Columbia. Operating a company vehicle, you will provide a visible security presence, perform regular perimeter checks, and handle alarm responses across local client locations.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conduct scheduled and random mobile patrols across client locations using company vehicles.

- Respond quickly and efficiently to security alarms, emergency calls, and service requests.

- Perform complete interior and exterior property inspections.

- Lock and unlock facility doors, gates, and access points.

- Identify and report potential security risks, safety hazards, and facility maintenance issues.

- Complete detailed, accurate incident reports and daily patrol logs.

- Maintain clear communication with dispatch, client representatives, and emergency services.

Must Haves

- Minimum of 1 year of security industry experience.

- Valid BC Security License.

- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.

- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check.

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

- Legal authorization to work in Canada.

- Physical capacity to perform patrol duties, including driving, walking, and climbing stairs.

- Prior experience conducting mobile patrols or operating dispatch communication tools.
