About us Northern Element Construction Ltd. is a Lloydminster-area construction company building commercial and residential projects, including shops and custom homes. The role We are hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial and residential job sites. You will run the day-to-day on site, keep schedules moving, coordinate trades and subcontractors, enforce safety, and report progress to the owner. Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple commercial and residential sites - Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections - Keep projects on schedule and flag issues early - Enforce site safety and quality standards - Identify and resolve deficiency / punch list items - Operate equipment as needed on site Requirements - Valid driver's licence - Minimum 5 years of construction experience - Ability to lift 50 lbs - Ability to operate equipment — skid steer and forklift - Robust communication skills - Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Teams - Self-motivated, able to run sites with minimal supervision
