Job Description: Appian Developer*

Hybrid - 3 days in office

Role Descriptions:

- Supports stability and reliability of production systems by assisting with fixes| participating in root cause analysis| and validating resolutions under guidance.
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving production issues (L1/L2)| escalating complex problems as needed to ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
- Monitors applications and alerts| identifies basic anomalies| and supports implementation of preventive measures.
- Contributes to problem management by documenting recurring issues and assisting in root cause analysis and fixes.
- Supports system performance and stability by implementing minor enhancements and fixes under supervision.




- Assists with change and release activities to ensure smooth and low-risk deployments.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support issue resolution and maintain service continuity.
- Maintains and updates runbooks| documentation| and knowledge articles to support operational efficiency.
- Supports automation initiatives by assisting in identifying repetitive tasks and developing straightforward scripts or solutions.
- Learns and applies support best practices| adheres to security and governance standards| and provides updates on assigned tasks and issues to senior team members.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (Toronto District)
