As our corporate wellness programs continue to grow, we're looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about wellness, enjoys working with people and is excited about being part of a growing wellness company.

About the role

This isn't your typical clinic-based RMT position.

We're looking for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional treatments but is also interested in the broader world of workplace wellness.

You'll work directly with corporate clients across Toronto and the GTA, providing on-site massage experiences, supporting wellness events and helping create welcoming, memorable experiences for employees.

You'll also have opportunities to contribute ideas, support workplace relationships and help us expand our wellness offerings.

What you'll do

- Deliver professional registered massage therapy treatments at corporate offices and workplace wellness events
- Help coordinate and set up on-site wellness experiences
- Create welcoming, positive experiences for employees and corporate clients
- Work alongside our Workplace Experience team to support event delivery
- Build relationships with workplace contacts and identify opportunities for future wellness programs




- Contribute ideas for new wellness experiences and initiatives
- Maintain professional standards, appropriate clinical documentation and CMTO requirements
- Represent WELLCALM professionally at corporate events and partner locations

What we're looking for

- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance appropriate for the role
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in workplace wellness and employee well-being
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Organized, reliable and comfortable travelling between workplace locations
- Interest in growing beyond traditional hands-on massage into workplace wellness experiences

Bonus: Experience delivering corporate wellness events, managing client relationships or supporting business development.
