Bartender

Del's Italian Kitchen | Kitchener, ON

Del's Italian Kitchen is seeking an experienced bartenders to join our team. We are looking for hospitality-driven professionals who are passionate about craft cocktails, guest experience, and working in a rapid-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

This position typically offers 3–4 shifts per week, depending on availability and business needs. Evening and weekend availability is required.

About the Role

As a bartender at Del's, you will be responsible for both the restaurant's service bar and rail guests. Our cocktail program features a diverse menu of classic and contemporary cocktails, house-made ingredients, and elevated beverage offerings. Success in this role requires strong technical bartending skills, attention to detail, speed, consistency, and a genuine passion for the craft.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe specifications
- Manage both service bar and guest-facing bar service efficiently and professionally
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences for our bar-rail guests. Creating new regulars.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, wine, beer, and menu offerings
- Ensure timely beverage service during high-volume periods
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of all bar areas
- Follow Smart Serve, health and safety,



and company standards
- Work collaboratively with managers, servers, hosts, and kitchen team members

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale casual, premium casual, or fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern cocktail techniques, spirits, wine, and beer
- Experience executing a comprehensive cocktail menu with accuracy and consistency
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure during busy service periods
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Smart Serve certification required
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required
