We are looking for Korean-English bilingual candidates to join our team as Phone Medical Interpreters. In this role, you will facilitate accurate communication between Korean-speaking patients and English-speaking healthcare providers during medical consultations, insurance, finance and customer service companies

As an interpreter, you will help ensure that patients and healthcare professionals understand each other clearly, supporting effective communication throughout medical appointments and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and impartial interpretation between Korean-speaking patients and English-speaking healthcare providers.
- Facilitate clear communication during medical consultations, procedures, and other healthcare-related interactions.
- Accurately convey information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support effective communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

- Professional proficiency in both Korean and English.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in both languages.




- Ability to interpret accurately and convey information clearly between patients and healthcare providers.
- Reliable internet connection, a computer, a USB headset, and a wired Ethernet connection (no tablets, ipads or cellphones)
- Willingness to participate in the required training and follow the assigned work schedule.

We provide service during US daytime, you MUST be willing to work night shifts.
