What You'll Do

- Welcome customers to the showroom and vehicle lot, creating an exceptional first impression
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicle solutions that fit their lifestyle and budget
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain ongoing communication throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective follow-up
- Create and maintain accurate customer records and profiles
- Prepare and review sales documentation to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously develop knowledge of Toyota products, technologies, and industry trends
- Assist with showroom presentation and vehicle merchandising
- Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives while delivering outstanding customer service

What You'll Bring

- A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
- A customer-first approach and passion for building relationships
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales or customer service experience is considered an asset
- Confidence using computers, tablets, smartphones, and other technology
- Automotive industry experience is beneficial but not required
- The ability to speak a second language is considered a strong asset

Requirements

- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- Availability to work Saturdays and Thursday evenings.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission is considered an asset
