Duties

- Respond to customer questions and requests in a professional, helpful manner.
- Provide information about products, services, policies, and account-related matters.
- Handle customer interactions by phone and other communication channels, using strong phone etiquette.
- Listen actively, identify customer needs, and work toward timely, practical resolutions.
- Enter and update customer information, notes, and transaction details accurately using data entry systems.




- Use analysis skills to review information, recognize patterns, and determine appropriate next steps.
- Explain relevant products or services and support sales efforts through helpful recommendations and upselling when appropriate.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and colleagues, including across language or cultural differences.

Requirements

- Strong customer service, communication skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Clear spoken and written English; bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus. Spanish proficiency is especially valued.
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and demonstrating courteous phone etiquette.
- Accurate typing and attention to detail for data entry and recordkeeping.
- Sound judgment and basic analysis skills when assessing questions and resolving issues.
- Interest or experience in sales, product recommendations, or upselling is an advantage.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $20.60-$30.86 per hour
