Summary
We’re looking for a confident and results-driven Seasonal Sales Associate to support our Gastown store and our booth at the Shipyards Christmas Market. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage customers with warm, professional service and guide them through product options.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending items.
- Operate the POS system accurately across both locations.
- Maintain visual standards, restock displays, and keep the workspace organized.
- Handle in-person and phone inquiries clearly and professionally.
- Support daily sales targets and collaborate with the team to optimize performance.
- Represent the brand consistently at the Gastown shop and at the Shipyards Market booth.

Requirements

- Proven ability to sell in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Previous boutique, retail, or market experience strongly preferred.




- Excellent English communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in fast-moving settings.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends (all team members work weekends during the season).
- Must be available from now through December 24; this is a seasonal, fixed-term position ending December 24.
- Bilingual applicants welcome.
- Experience in a market or fair environment is an asset.

Compensation

- $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.
