Marketing Assistant — Fashion | Downtown Montreal
Your launchpad into fashion marketing

New grad, or dreaming of a career in marketing? Our client, a fashion company representing multiple premium brands, is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their downtown Montreal team.

This is a true entry point into the industry: you'll work alongside the Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, and Operations teams and get hands-on experience across campaigns, photoshoots, product launches, and PR — the kind of variety that builds a marketing career.

This career is 5 days in office downtown Montreal.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Help plan and run campaign and e-commerce photoshoots (samples, styling logistics, shot lists, studio organization).
- Organize and distribute marketing materials and digital assets to partners, keeping brand standards intact.
- Manage product samples and inventory for photography, PR, and promotions.




- Track marketing expenses and invoices, and provide day-to-day support on special projects.

Who we're looking for

- Recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field — new grads encouraged to apply
- Career-changers from administration, coordination, or retail are also welcome.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Solid communicator; comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- A genuine interest in fashion and premium brands.
- ERP or merchandising software experience is an asset — not a requirement.
