Are you a driven sales professional who loves the thrill of the hunt and closing the deal? We are a growing employment agency looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to bring in new corporate clients.

In this role, you will not be managing marketing campaigns or running social media. Instead, you will be on the front lines: identifying companies that need hiring help, pitching our staffing solutions to decision-makers, and closing contracts. If you are a self-starter motivated by a commission structure, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

⁠ ⁠Hunt for New Business: Actively prospect, cold call, and network to find businesses needing temporary, permanent, or contract staffing solutions.

⁠ ⁠Pitch Decision Makers: Connect with HR Managers, Directors, and Business Owners to present our agency’s value proposition.

⁠ ⁠Close the Deal: Negotiate terms and secure signed contracts (Service Agreements) with new clients.

⁠ ⁠Account Transition: Smoothly hand off newly signed clients to our internal recruitment team to fill their open jobs.





What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

⁠ ⁠Proven B2B Sales Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development (staffing industry experience is a huge plus).

⁠ ⁠Closing Mentality: A track record of moving prospects through a sales pipeline and securing signatures.

⁠ ⁠Resilience & Drive: High comfort level with rejection and a persistent, competitive attitude.

⁠ ⁠Excellent Communication: Solid negotiation skills and the ability to build quick rapport with corporate executives.
