We’re looking for a Sales & Design Consultant to join our small, fun team.

About the Role

No two days are the same here. One morning you might help a young family choose a durable floor that can handle kids and a dog. That afternoon you might put together a full selection for a custom home with a builder or designer, then film a quick video of a new product that just came in. This role mixes design, sales, customer care, and creativity, and it’s a lot of fun.

You’ll get to work with great clients, help shape the look of real homes across Saskatchewan, and be part of the creative side of our brand. You’ll also help us share our showroom and projects with the world through social media.

You don’t need flooring experience. We’ll teach you our products. What matters most is curiosity, initiative, an eye for design, and genuinely enjoying people.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome clients into the showroom and get to know their style, budget, and how they use their space.




- Guide them through selections and help them feel confident about their choices.
- Prepare quotes, answer questions, and follow up throughout their decision process. We want every client to feel taken care of from first visit to finished floor.
- Pull together samples and selections that tie a home together.
- Keep client notes, samples, and project details organized.
- Work closely with our team so orders and installs go smoothly.
- Help keep the showroom beautiful, welcoming, and inspiring.
- Create social media content with the owner: product photos, short videos, project reveals, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Bring ideas to the table based on what clients are asking, what’s trending, and what’s happening in the showroom.

Experience in sales, customer service, flooring,



or design is a bonus.

We’ll give extra consideration to candidates with content creation and social media skills, an eye for visual storytelling, and confidence on camera. You’ll create content alongside the owner and help bring ideas to life.

Schedule

Full-time or part-time. You must be available at least two Saturdays a month from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Weekday hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We’re closed Sundays.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
