Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and manage client communications efficiently.
- Assist veterinary staff with basic clinical tasks, including preparing exam rooms and handling laboratory samples.
- Support laboratory procedures by collecting samples, performing tests when trained, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment to uphold safety standards.
- Educate pet owners on post-treatment care, medication instructions, and preventive health measures.




- Manage inventory of medical supplies and laboratory materials to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service role or veterinary setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and a genuine love for animals.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed to accommodate client schedules.
- A proactive approach to learning new skills and supporting veterinary team members.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
