Addiction Support Worker (Weekend-Focused, All Shifts Required)

Seven South Street Treatment Centre is a supportive, abstinence-based residential program for men recovering from alcohol and drug addiction. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with dedicated, compassionate professionals who want to make a meaningful difference every day.

Position Overview

The Addiction Support Worker plays a vital role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while ensuring the safety and security of both clients and the facility.

This position is primarily for weekend shifts (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m., and 12:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.), with additional weekday coverage required as needed. Candidates must be available to work all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Support, monitor, and interact with residents in a respectful and professional manner




- Maintain the safety and security of clients and the building on all shifts
- Perform food preparation duties and supervise meals as required
- Contribute positively to a structured, therapeutic setting

Qualifications & Requirements

- Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (required)
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a supportive, team-based environment
- Comfortable in a structured setting that can be both fun and fast-paced
