Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Concrete & Masonry Helper to join our construction crew. In this role, you will provide essential support on residential and commercial job sites across the area. You will assist our skilled tradespeople with concrete pours, bricklaying, site prep, and material handling.If you take pride in physical work, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to learn the masonry and concrete trade, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities

- Consistently lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs, including bags of cement, bricks, blocks, and forms.
- Assist with digging trenches, leveling subgrades, and preparing ground surfaces for pours and foundation work.
- Support bricklayers and masons by mixing mortar, cutting materials, and staging bricks/blocks at workstations.
- Assist in pouring, spreading, vibrating, and leveling wet concrete.
- Set up, brace, and strip concrete forms under supervision.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and building materials across various job sites.
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas by clearing debris and properly storing tools at the end of each shift.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform continuous physical labor, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, kneeling, and standing for full 8-hour shifts in wide-ranging weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance with the ability to consistently start at 8:00 AM.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel to different job sites daily.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction, concrete, masonry, or landscaping is preferred, but motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Safety Mindset: Commitment to following all job-site safety protocols and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots.

Work Schedule & Compensation

- Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), Monday through Friday
- Employment Type: Full-time
