We are currently looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Siding Labourer to assist our Siding Crew Leader with residential siding + soffit/fascia/eavestrough installations and exterior renovation projects.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist the Siding Crew Leader with residential siding installations and exterior renovation projects.
- Help prepare job sites and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are ready for use.
- Load, unload, carry, and organize siding materials and other construction supplies.
- Assist with measuring, cutting, handling, and installing siding materials as directed.
- Set up and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with the removal of existing siding and preparation of exterior surfaces when required.
- Help set up and move ladders, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment safely.
- Complete job-site cleanup and ensure debris is properly collected and disposed of.
- Follow instructions from the Siding Crew Leader to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when working at customers' homes.




- Follow all company safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

- Previous construction, siding, roofing, or general labour experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying materials.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work at heights and safely use ladders, with proper training and equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered assets.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
