List of Requirements

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:

- High School Diploma (preference will be given for post-secondary education).
- 1-3 years experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, and or financial industry).
- Robust interpersonal skills with a service-oriented focus and the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of deposit and lending products and services is preferred.
- Successful relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and cooperation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.




- A proven ability to perform basic mathematical calculations with or without a calculator.
- Initiative, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential attributes.
