WE'RE HIRING | RIDING INSTRUCTORS

Sterling Ridge Stables | New Equestrian Facility

Sterling Ridge Stables is an exciting new equestrian facility preparing to open its doors! We are currently seeking two experienced and passionate riding instructors to join our growing team.

Our facility will specialize in hunter/jumper and dressage instruction, offering lessons, boarding, training, and leasing opportunities for riders of all ages and experience levels.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. Full-Time Riding Instructor

- Approximately 35–40 hours per week
- Teach private and group lessons, from beginner through advanced levels
- Develop individualized lesson plans and training programs
- Assist with schooling and maintaining lesson horses
- Prepare riders for competitions and continued development
- Help establish and grow our lesson program

2. Part-Time Riding Instructor

- Approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Primarily afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Teach beginner through advanced riders based on qualifications
- Lead private and group lessons
- Assist with lesson horse care, preparation, and schooling
- Provide additional coaching support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS





We are looking for individuals who have:

✓ Extensive hands-on experience working with horses

✓ Previous experience teaching riding lessons to a variety of ages and skill levels

✓ Strong knowledge of hunter/jumper and/or dressage disciplines

✓ Confidence handling, riding, and schooling a variety of horses

✓ Excellent communication, patience, and teaching abilities

✓ A strong commitment to horse welfare, rider safety, and proper horsemanship

✓ Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours

Previous competition experience and recognized coaching certifications are considered strong assets.
