This position supports a high-profile corporate office complex consisting of two connected towers in downtown Winnipeg. As the site houses the client's corporate head office, our team serves as the primary face of the property to all executives, tenants, and visitors. The environment demands high standards of professionalism, transparent communication, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

As Site Supervisor, you will lead daily site operations, oversee a team of approximately 9 full-time and part-time security guards, and serve as Paladin's daily point of contact for the client. You will report directly to the Paladin Winnipeg Operations Manager.

- Manage, mentor, and support the site security team to maintain high operational standards.

- Split working time between the front desks of two downtown office buildings, with approximately 60% of the time spent at one location and 40% at the other.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming, secure environment for tenants and visitors.

- Maintain and update site documentation, including Post Orders and Training Checklists.

- Ensure regular site patrols are properly logged and completed using TrackTik software.

- Develop monthly sustainment training quizzes for guards to ensure ongoing knowledge retention.

- Track team training records and complete any necessary WCB injury or near-miss reports accurately and promptly.

Must Haves

- Valid Security Guard License.

- Minimum of 1 year of security guard experience.

- Strong customer service experience, with a professional approach to visitor and tenant interactions.

- Strong administrative and computer skills, including experience with digital incident reporting and tracking systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves





- Previous experience supervising security operations in a corporate high-rise environment.

- Familiarity with TrackTik software and workplace injury reporting procedures.
