Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive Server to provide welcoming and efficient service in a hospitality-focused workplace at the Four Seasons Restaurant in Park Town Hotel. The ideal candidate enjoys helping guests, works well with a team, and can balance accuracy with a positive attitude during busy service periods. Previous restaurant experience is required.

Duties

- Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide attentive guest services throughout their visit.
- Take and enter orders accurately using a POS system; experience with Micros POS is a plus.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, checking that orders meet guest requests.
- Describe menu items and make thoughtful recommendations, including appropriate upselling.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff about orders, modifications, and timing.




- Support food preparation and food handling tasks as needed, following food safety procedures.
- Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas; follow sanitation standards.
- Manage multiple tables and tasks with strong time management while maintaining a courteous, professional manner.

Experience

- Food service, restaurant, food industry, or hospitality experience is required.
- Comfortable with basic math, cashiering, and handling cash accurately.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting.
